El Servicio esta destinado a centros educativos, directores, profesores y alumnos para la gestion academica, administrativa y pedagogica. El uso esta limitado a fines educativos legitimos.The Service is intended for educational centers, directors, teachers and students for academic, administrative and pedagogical management. Use is limited to legitimate educational purposes.
- No utilizar el Servicio para actividades ilicitas o fraudulentasNot to use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
- No intentar acceder a cuentas ajenas sin autorizacionNot to attempt to access third-party accounts without authorization
- No distribuir malware ni realizar ataques al ServicioNot to distribute malware or attack the Service
- Respetar la propiedad intelectual de Glau-B y de tercerosRespect the intellectual property of Glau-B and third parties
3. Registro y cuenta3. Registration and Account
Para acceder al Servicio es necesario crear una cuenta. El usuario es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta. Cualquier uso no autorizado debe ser notificado inmediatamente.To access the Service, you must create an account. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Any unauthorized use must be notified immediately.
4. Contenido del usuario4. User Content
Los centros educativos conservan la propiedad de todos los datos subidos al Servicio (alumnos, calificaciones, documentos, etc.). Glau-B actua como encargado del tratamiento de datos conforme al RGPD y mantiene los datos en servidores ubicados en la Union Europea.Educational centers retain ownership of all data uploaded to the Service (students, grades, documents, etc.). Glau-B acts as a data processor in accordance with GDPR and stores data on servers located in the European Union.
5. Propiedad intelectual5. Intellectual Property
El software, diseños, marcas comerciales y contenido de Glau-B son propiedad exclusiva de Glau-B Education Systems SL. Se concede al usuario una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar el Servicio segun estos Terminos.The software, designs, trademarks and content of Glau-B are the exclusive property of Glau-B Education Systems SL. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license is granted to the user to use the Service subject to these Terms.
6. Suscripciones y pago6. Subscriptions and Payment
El Servicio se ofrece mediante suscripcion mensual o anual. Los precios vigentes estan publicados en la pagina de precios. Los pagos se realizan por adelantado y no son reembolsables excepto en los casos previstos por ley. La renovacion es automatica salvo cancelacion.The Service is offered through monthly or annual subscription. Current prices are published on the pricing page. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable except as provided by law. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled.
7. Limitacion de responsabilidad7. Limitation of Liability
Glau-B no sera responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del Servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad maxima queda limitada al importe pagado por el usuario durante los ultimos 12 meses.Glau-B shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the last 12 months.
8. Terminacion8. Termination
El usuario puede cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento desde el panel de configuracion. Glau-B se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estos Terminos. Tras la terminacion, los datos se conservan 30 dias antes de ser eliminados definitivamente.The user may cancel their account at any time from the settings panel. Glau-B reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
9. Ley aplicable9. Governing Law
Estos Terminos se rigen por la legislacion española. Cualquier disputa sera sometida a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Madrid, salvo que la legislacion aplicable disponga lo contrario para consumidores.These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, unless applicable law provides otherwise for consumers.
